My 7 month old Belgian Malinois, Charlie, attends day care at Countryside Pet Estates on a regular basis. Charlie loves ALL the staff members. He spreads his dog love by giving "Charlie Hugs and KIsses" to each staff member. Dogs are good judges of character. I believe Charlie would give them A+++ for fun play, nice/loving people and a safe environment. I'm thankful for the high quality service and warm environment they have achieved and maintain.
My Zu loves going to Countryside Pet Estates and I have peace of mind when traveling. He's usually waiting at the door when he figures out where we're going. He's a big German Shepherd, 115 lb goofball, and loves the group sessions. It's great socialization for him and I trust the staff that he will be safe with the other dogs.
These folks are awesome. I've never been to a kennel where my dogs are excited to visit. Very glad we discovered these fine folks.
We just picked up our dog (Riley) from an extended Labor Day Weekend, and to say we were impressed is an understatement. We looked around at other facilities, but none were to our liking until a friend recommended Countryside Pet Estates. We were blown away with the beautiful country setting, cleanliness of the facility, outdoor play yards, amenities, and the obvious love and care provided to the pets. In May we came here for a tour and booked a reservation for our dog to be boarded in July. Today my husband took him there so he could get acclimated before being boarded here a few days. To our surprise they didn't have our reservation and only offered us to be put on a wait list. Not an option when flights are already booked. Very disappointed with how this was handled. Won't be giving them my business in the future.
