This is my second time visiting this location, great for business budget and family friendly. A true hidden gem. Thanks Countryside Inn Council Bluffs IA
Rooms were fine. Bed was comfortable. Nice location. Desk clerk was nice. BIG PROBLEM! ELEVATOR DOESN’T WORK. When reservation was mad, requested the lowest floor but was placed on the third floor. Almost didn’t make it as I have A LOT of trouble breathing. They need to read additional notes to better accommodate the customer. AS OF NOW THEY ARE NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE.
Best hotel for the price in Omaha. Always stay here whenever need to for a work.
