Listen, I've read these VERY FEW one-star ratings, and bad reviews, and it makes me angry and sad. I understand everyone's experience is different. Ours is/was beyond measure, in regards kindness, understanding, and shared information. My college-age daughter had a very special chihuahua, that developed some neurological issues, which escalated very, very quickly. We had to make the hard decision with one of our dogs today. Everyone on the staff, from scheduling the appointment, to the vet, were awesome. Thank you for what you all do, and understanding how much the pets mean to the clients.
Everyone of the veterinarians I have met here at countryside are amazing and very intelligent. They also show my pets so much love when they come. The front desk people are also wonderful and make me feel comfortable when I come to visit. A lot of times they come from around the counter to give my dogs extra love. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks for taking care of my 4 babies Puddin, Raisin, Cooper and Luna!!!
A big shout out to Dr. Hooper who met us last Saturday night. She was awesome, treated my 16 year old dachshund and saved him from a lot of pain and misery. Pretzel says thank you and I'm feeling back to normal.
have been taking our cats to them for years and they treat them like they are theirs on September 28th we had to put Miss Bell down the other day they all sign a card and sent it to us and yesterday we had to put Sandy our other cat had to be put to sleep also both cats were about 16 years old Miss BELL and Sandy will be missed greatly they [vet] were very sad for us i will recommend this this vet to any one living in Mount Juliet
