We had an amazing time working with this the Countryside Animal Hospital and we hope to be able to do more business in the future! Every order was made in a kind and respectful manner and we hope to have more customers like them!
Today we had to have our Family Dog put down. Words cannot express the gratitude we have for Countryside, the Doctors and Staff are exceptional. Boo has been sick since October and they have ALWAYS worked us into their busy schedule and even called and checked on him AND us. Today we were met with care, compassion, and empathy. Thank you, Countryside. You made an unbearable day bearable and I will always recommend you to anyone for any treatment for their beloved pet. Bless you all.
Shiloh is home. I cannot thank Dr Day and Dr Gilliam enough for all they tried to do to help him—-you are the best and I am so Grateful for both of you for the care and love and compassion you gave to him. I also want to thank the Countryside Animal Clinic staff for their help, their compassion and for the Love they gave to Shiloh and to me. Countryside is, by far, the best around. Always so welcoming and willing to help. So considerate and concerned. I drive from Madison, TN to see them - and I have no intentions of ever going anywhere else.
We love everyone at Countryside but especially Cathy and Dr. Parsley. They have taken such great care of us and our babies for over 10 years. We just picked up our little boy tonight after he had to have surgery on Monday. Everyone took such great care of our guy and we couldn't be more thankful. Also, a special thank you to Sue as well. :-) You are all wonderful caregivers to our fur babies and we appreciate it!
