I rarely do reviews...but this one is due to the loss of my precious dog Charley, at only age 4. I will try to shorten this one. I had been taking Charley to countryside for a while. Each time I received average service. I had to rush him to a closer vet after he had his first seizure. Lakeside animal hospital, which now looking back was where I should have kept going. RecommendedMy boy passed this year, there's no way a simple review like this can't portray our appreciation for this place. Countryside and staff were another parent to him honestly. They were highly accurate with his diagnosis, his treatment plan and his care both when he was healthy and not. I will never forget the care this place had for him in his short life, from his first visit as a puppy to his final, The confidence and advice they gave us was remarkable.
My dog has had diarrhea for a couple days so i called countryside for some suggestions on what i can do for him. Of course the lady said they would have to see him. I told her that i understand they want to see him but we are going out of town and he is at my aunts house. The lady on the phone asked me if my dog has been to countryside before, i said yes but not in a while. RecommendedHad to say goodbye to our KoKo a 16 year old Chocolate Lab , the staff was kind to her and made everything much easier then it could of been.
Wonderful staff. Our Ruby, 4 months old, adores Dr. Darwin who treats her with great kindness. The entire Countryside Animal Hospital is wonderful. Boarding is great, too and they even offer day care!
