Dr Bailey and his staff have taken my fur babies and treated them just like they were theirs always greeted them by their name when we come in.... I value and respect everything they do and tell me and when the time comes and one of my babies has to cross over to the rainbow bridge they don’t rush me out they hug me and the techs cry with me and try and make me and my babies as comfortable as possible. I have been taking my fur babies to dr Bailey for 11 years now. I love the staff and their effort to always work is in whenever needed. Had to say goodbye to my boy ( Buddy ) 2017 and they made it a little less painful by being so kind and letting me hold him and say my final goodbye. 😢😢🐶. love Dr Bailey and his knowledge of caring for animals. They took such great care of my little Tucker for his 17 & 1/2 years at Countryside Animal Hospital. I’m so thankful for them!! I certainly recommend Dr Bailey and his staff for your pets!!
Took my dog here after seeing another vet that incorrectly diagnosed her ear problem. He even took the time to show me her ear canal and showed me how best to clean it. The office is clean and staff is friendly. The even followed up with a phone call to check on her. They’ve definitely made us future clients!
