Such crappy service and crappy people there! Really annoying environment hard to enjoy anything with the rude servers with their stuck up attitudes
I think the owner is bitter and is only rude and unwelcoming toward young pretty girls, or just young people in general. The staff isn't friendly nor happy like these other comments say that aren't from pretty younger people. The service is just disgusting and unpleasant.
Why are the people here so rude and act like they're something all great and mighty? How are they going to be a waffle place and not even advertise waffles? How do they have a huge sign that says please wait to be seated, but not actually properly seat ALL of their customers? How do they straight throw drinks and checks on the table without even asking how the first bite was? Food was great. waitress was very friendly and checked on us�
They did not come by our table to check and see if we need any thing. I had to call them over to refill my water, which I felt I should not have to since she checked on the people 1 booth down from us. She did this twice while we did not even get the same kind of service. Not sure if I will be going there again.
I'm from San Jose, Ca. And when I come to visit my children this is the place I love to come. Its clean, neat , fast service on getting your meals . No food on the floor not as another restaurant that I used to go to and I love their coffee �. When ever I'm in Fresno this is where I would want to come eat. great job!!!!!
