Dina is an awesome manager at country village apartments..she's never to busy to help you with an issue. Or to just talk to. She made many much needed improvements to that old building .she is the best manager this building has had in the past 10 years. I enjoyed my time in the building while she's been there.
I've lived there for 18 months. I love it! It's great quality for a decent price. The management is exceptional. Anytime I need a work order, it's in immediately and fixed quite fast. I live alone but here I feel safe. I drive an hr to work. I don't want to leave here. Oh! And they even bring mailed parcels (packages) to your door when they can! I mean wow! I don't ever want to leave!

Best place to live in Shakopee! Management and staff are great from the start, Dina is so organized and from the start works with a sense of urgency to get you everything you need. Maintenance is top notch, Greg does a great job responding to things immediately when requested. They have done such a great job renovating the building since I moved in, they’ve paint all hallway walls, upgraded light fixtures, completely removed and replaced the elevator, and this month they are replacing all hallway rugs.
