Maintenance doesn't actually fix anything, yet they mark it fixed. You have to keep requesting the issue to get fixed 5+ times before they actually even look at what might be wrong.
RecommendedI have lived in Country View Apartments for almost a year an a half and have never needed to make an urgent maintenance request until tonight. My heater went out in my apartment and I called the emergency maintenance number. Less then a couple minutes later Wayne had called and stated he would be right over. Next thing I know, Wayne fixed our heater in this cold weather and I couldn’t be more grateful! He is so kind and hard working! Country View is lucky to have him and so are we! Definitely 5 stars!
RecommendedAlthough I would recommend this place I do want to share a recent experience that has my fiancé and I currently thinking about breaking our lease and finding a new place to call home. There was a situation where a double payment was made towards our rent. When this happened which was May of 2018 we requested a refund, but was told to call corporate. Have had a few problems with things breaking and our maintenance man, Wayne, has always been quick to be there to fix things.
I would like to say how great Wayne Wilson is doing around the apartments all by himself. He is on the go all the time doing some maintenance.
