RecommendedI have lived in Country View Apartments for almost a year an a half and have never needed to make an urgent maintenance request until tonight. My heater went out in my apartment and I called the emergency maintenance number. Less then a couple minutes later Wayne had called and stated he would be right over. Next thing I know, Wayne fixed our heater in this cold weather and I couldn’t be more grateful! He is so kind and hard working! Country View is lucky to have him and so are we! Definitely 5 stars!
Have had a few problems with things breaking and our maintenance man, Wayne, has always been quick to be there to fix things.
I would like to say how great Wayne Wilson is doing around the apartments all by himself. He is on the go all the time doing some maintenance.
My mother lives at Country View in Martinsville and she couldn't be happier. The staff is wonderful, especially the maintenence team Wayne and Dave. They are always willing to help Mom with anything she needs and are always polite and accommodating. Mom and I really appreciate all they do.
The maintenance team is awsome. They are always on top of things and do an amazing job!!

Very well kept apartments, staff is very nice! Maintenence guys are always on top of things and are here within 20 minutes of putting in a work order. They always make sure everything gets done right, you guys really do a good job. Thanks
