DO NOT rent with Public Storage -- the reviews here are NOT for Public Storage, they are for the original owner of this storage facility which used to be a great place called Country Storage. As soon as Public Storage bought it they began the bait-and-switch tactics they are known for, such as forcing you to buy rental insurance (an overpriced borderline scam), which the previous owner did not require, and I expect the price increases to begin shortly. Simple and easy, great place for storage
Great storage facility! Kelly was super helpful and nice! The online system is simple and easy to use for renting a unit and they have an option for autopay. The app for the gate opener is useful. They have a really wide selection of unit options and the location is nice.
Moved in last week and it could not have been easier. Everything was handled online and then they had my unit ready for me day 1.
