I have lived here for a year, i would stay longer but I need to move. My apartment is great, it backs up to the Bellingham Country Club and is very quiet. Lots of trees off the back porch! Sarah is very helpful and easy to work with! The new laundry facility is very nice and lots of machines! The neighbors are very friendly! I highly recommend the apartments!
I have lived here for approximately two years and as a Nature lover, it is one of the most beautiful apartment communities I have ever lived in. They recently finished updating our laundry facilities with brand new laundry appliances, and updated their amazing dry sauna in the cozy clubhouse. I moved here a few years ago to take care of my Mother who already lived here. The manager was very helpful and empathetic regarding our struggles. When my Mom transcended to Jesus back in November, my apartment manager was so amazing, helpful and empathetic during a very rough period. Hey, lived here for 5-6 years. Its a really nice place, very affordable, especially for living in Washington. Get yourself 2 incomes or a decent pay, and you'll stay here much longer than me, lol
Never ended up moving to these apartments purely cause location and my job but needed to move. The listing was transparent, responses were quick, and communication with Sarah was done well and straightforward which I appreciate. Although i never moved here its first time the process wasnt a hassle in my experience, thank you
