Absolutely worst experience that I have ever had with any dealership. I had talked to seller for about 2 weeks on buying a truck from them. They asked me for a deposit to hold the truck I was purchasing so I send them my card as well as my id and insurance as they asked, they ran the card held the money. I had told them the exact day I was going to be in to pick it up. Drove 5 hours to there dealership, Walked in and the guy looked at me and told me he sold the truck from under me! When me and my husband went in there everything worked out great! We got our 2019 Ford Edge ST from them. We had a 90 day warrenty. So with in the 90 days I took it back to them twice because when I would turn the knob into drive our reverse it was switching gears rough. They told me they just needed to reset the computer and also because it's turbo and the car has a lot of power its could be due to that and the car getting use to adjusting to the ways of new drivers. Would leave 1 star, but the dealer was nice to pick me up from air port and the truck was a decent price. Flew out of state to pick up a truck. 12 hour drive home, asked to have tires balanced and aligned. Tires shook the entire way home i couldn't get above 60mph, on top of that power steering started messing up on way home only a few hours in to the trip.
