I am very unhappy with the quality of the garden soil that I ordered from them. It has alot of garbage and debris in it. When I called they pretty much did nothing about it and said I was the only complaint they have had...but now that I read some of the reviews it is hard to believe I am the only one. I felt as though they were rude and I definitely would not recommend them to anyone.
I had some black mulch delivered to my house a few days ago and I have to say I ordered it last minute but they delivered it to my home within 40 minutes, the ladies at the front desk were friendly and professional. I'll be doing more landscaping this summer and I will definitely use country oaks for all of my landscaping needs.
Great customer service. Had me set up with what I needed very quickly. Delivery driver was nice and put the product right where I requested it to be dropped. Will definitely be doing business with them again.
BEWARE of the Grade A soil. Bought 6 yards of it to level out my yard. There’s so much rock, wire, glass and wood pieces in it. I’ve had to buy a screen to remove all the debris in the soil. It’s quadrupled the amount of time it’s taking me to level out my yard. I did call Country Oaks Clarkston prior to writing this review. All I got was “I’m sorry” from them!
