Ok, so this was my 3rd or 4th year of ordering compost from them, and this year broke my confidence. I received 5 yards of compost but this year it could’ve burned my house down. Each shovel was extremely ashy, dry, and appeared to be burned mulch with VERY little if any sediment or dirt. I understand that mulch can be used to make compost, but either they didn’t rotate and aerate it properly OR they gave me legit burned mulch.
