My experience at Country Nissan and Nissan vehicles has always been very positive. I'm in my second Frontier and find it to be an exceptional vehicle. Purchasing it went very smoothly and the service in the year and a half that I've owned it has been truly exceptional.
Have bought 3 different cars there. Between John the sales manager, Mark in financing, and Dave , my sales rep , I have had exceptional dealings with Country Nissan. There not just trying to sell you a car, they want to make sure , that it's the car for you, and your happy with it. Dave will go out of his way, to text you to make sure everything is going ok with your new car , days after you leave the dealership. Both times we bought a car from you, we had awesome service. David our sales person and Mark the finance manager, are exceptional at their job and work hard to see people get a good deal. This was a very pleasant visit to Nissan especially to see Jerry at work again, but I wanted the 60,000 mile check up and one of the things they were suppose to do is change the Spark Plugs which they didn't do, so all the other things on the paperwork I am not sure it was totally done but I am pretty sure it was.
Have always provided good value on repairs. Good communication and timely completion.
