I just waited 40 minutes past my appointment time only to have to walk out because there was no way they were going to be able to do a good job with only 35 minutes left before closing. I arrived about 1o minutes early. There were two other customers getting manis when I walked in. 45 minutes or so later, he was still working on one of those gals after telling me several times it would just be just a minute, I'll be just a minute.
