I can’t say enough positive things about Country Lane Flowers. Edward did my wedding flowers this past weekend, and everything was beyond perfect! Everything was delivered on time and looked even better than I imagined!
Amazing customer service, beautiful arrangements! I am so happy with country lane! After an awful experience with a national flower retailer I called country lane my expectations were totally blown away!
I received flowers as a gift, and the vase was cracked! They would not replace it that day, and said to put the flowers in a pot and bring the vase up on Monday. My beautiful flowers in a kitchen pot are not what was intended when over $70 was spent there! They did not stand by their product and were incredibly rude. I will never purchase flowers from or recommend this business to anyone, I was sorely disappointed.
Country Lane always goes out of their way. I truly appreciate their willingness to work with my group for floral demonstrations. They consistently go above and beyond.
Unfortunately my flowers arrived with a few wilted so I tried to nurture them and within days all of the arrangement died. I would not recommend the arrangement I received (it was a Valentine’s Day arrangement). I love supporting and shopping at local small businesses in Howell but this was a disappointment. ** Please see comment below **
