The service was great. The restaurant is a hodge podge of vintage memorabilia. The food was good. However the portion sizes are quite hearty. The menu is a mixture of Mexican and American foods. I enjoyed the atmosphere.
I had the chicken fried steak breakfast, could have stayed in the deep fryer a few minutes longer for me but taste good. Great service and really good hot coffee! Grabbed some apple turnovers to go and they were delish! Like Arnold said in Terminator "I'll be back" Thanks Sharon!

We were passing thru and found this restaurant online. Breakfast was great and served quickly. Our server Julie was prompt and super friendly. We noticed the cherry turnovers and took one home for later. It also was tasty and very fresh. We'll go back if Lampasas is along our path in the future.
