RecommendedOMG EVERYTHING was SO good!!!! There has to be a team of grandmas in the kitchen cranking out genuine comfort food. All the home style favorites. Homemade desserts too! I had the warm bread pudding with rum sauce with a little bit of ice cream beside it. I’m now officially dead. I died happy. Everyone on staff was cheerful, friendly and helpful. Great place. Worth the drive from Baton Rouge.

RecommendedI'm wondering why my Ascension Parish friends have kept this place a secret??? The home style cooking was great and you can't get any faster than a buffet for service! I was there August 5th. I had fried catfish, some yummy baked mac n cheese, green beans, and a small salad. For dessert I had peach cobbler and ice cream. Reasonable prices and good quality. I also enjoyed looking at the antiques on display.
