Went to eat at 6:15 pm. The sign says they are open until 7, the bar lights are on, but every single door on this building is locked. They should just shut down if they don't want to serve food.

We apologize for the inconvience this caused you. We are currently remodeling the kitchen on the main level, so we are only serving buffet style this week from 11am-7pm in our lower level venue. The door on the south entrance should have been open, we are sorry that it wasn't. Thank you for the feedback, this will be discussed with our staff.
Very rude Waitress we know more than walk in the door and we’re ignored other people walk in and they get greated right awayWe were there first and still are waiting till two other parties got sat down and then we had our menus in hand maybe two minutes five tops and we ask questions and the waitress should be snippy about it told us the wrong prices when I questioned it and then has to go double check to make sure that they even have the food that we ordered and then my nephews chicken strips came out black very horrible wi... read more

Great food, great prices, great service, great building, great entertainment! Casey Klein is the man!!
Ordered the grilled cheese, came out with shredded cheese that wasn't even melted all the way and bread that was barely grilled. Also ordered a medium rare burger that was extremely pink and still cold in the middle. The waitress took one dollar off our bill. Definitely lost a few customers today.
