RecommendedLast year we went to Dubuque and on our way home stopped off the interstate to eat and decided to go here. The food and service was great then, so we returned yesterday. The food was amazing the waitress was wonderful and helpful, We never had to get her attention she was quick and curtious. And the pies are to die for. we will be back and I will recommend the country Junction to anyone else traveling from up north to dubuque.

I stopped in recently on my way to Dubuque. I made the choice between Country Junction and Hardees. I made a bad choice. I ordered the Lasagna, taunted as the new addition to the menu. Another bad choice. I would be ashamed to serve anything this bad in my restaurant. Nothing but dry pasta of some sort and very acidy tomato sauce. Basically inedible. Wife ordered the fish dinner. Highly overpriced for two small pieces of fish and a baked potato. Ordered the tomato vegetable soup and again very acidy tomato flavor. I would as... read more

Food was delicious and our server was very friendly. Pies are amazing! Will certainly go back again.

Cute little place right off the highway! Service was good; staff pleasant and attentive. I had the open faced roast beef entree and it was very good!
