We stayed at this hotel on Saturday night and saw a bug. Our room was also dirty and the front desk would not make any more cookies. We took a picture of the bug and showed the exterminator in our town. They confirmed it was a bed bug. The hotel is saying it was a spider...I am completely disgusted. We noticed the bug in the middle of the night. They have done nothing for us including a phone call. Thanks Amber
RecommendedMary Sherref made our stay amazing...from the second we walked in she called us by name and made every effort to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed..... we had a family of 10 Adults and 2 children and we stayed for our Sons Navy Graduation ...I can not thank you enough for giving us great service for such a memorable time in our lives.
The staff here, specifically maintenance, was extremely helpful during my visit. He went above and beyond by helping us get my diesel truck started, while simultaneously jumping other vehicles the cold weather was preventing from starting. It's good to see customer satisfaction driven workers. Anytime I'm in the area, I WILL be staying here. Thanks #AntonMathiasHeft
I love the housekeeping staff here! the front desk staff are awesome and friendly, maintenance is very professional and prompt to fix guest issues if one should arise. I love the continental breakfast there are lots of options! plus the indoor pool, hot tub, and workout rooms make this a great place to stay.
My family and I stayed here for a family reunion over the past weekend. Upon staying here I found a bedbug in my bedroom.
Thank you to MARY who has been helping with a complicated reservation for my work team. She has been so patient and helpful. She even knows my # when I call and greets me by name before I can even say who I am. I wish there was a Mary at every hotel that I work with for company reservations! Thank you Mary, from the FHI team. #HardWorkDoneRight
I would definitely stay here again. There isn't one thing that I could complain about. All the staff were extremely friendly and able to answer all our questions.
It was a mini getaway for me and my Granddaughter, I had simply a lovely time. The whirlpool was exactly just what the doctor ordered. The room was lovely and cozy and the staff was excellent. A magnificent getaway.
We stayed Wed and Thursday Thanksgiving day. Woke up to no complimentary breakfast the person called in and 1 1/2 later only muffins n bananas. Fan in bathroom didn't work curtains off track one side. Had doors across from our room slamming shut loud and children screaming and running around . Also could hear ppl in next room talking and hacking a lung up lol. We had to call front desk they were awesome in quieting kids down. We were in 313.
