Very good service. No misunderstandings whatsoever. Modern looking, very clean rooms. Free delicious coffee in waiting area. Complete and very good breakfast. The only problem was that the spa was out of service but the pool was open.
This is second time staying there and aside from the pool being closed for 24 hours we were very happy. The manager Antonio and all of his staff are very nice and helpful. Loom forward to seeing them again next year.
Never stayed at country inn before. When we got to check in someone named Matthew was at front desk, took a good 15 mins to get checked in. Get to our room, went to get ice and machine wasn't working on 3rd floor with no note and wasn't told. So I called down to desk and Mathew says yeah I know and hung up. Then we didn't have a do not disturb sign in room told him twice, second time he says you didn't tell me, yes I did your the only person I've seen. This place has really changed since I was a kid coming up and stay here! I love the more modern spin on it! Beautiful rooms and bathrooms! Pool was fun as well! It's always very welcoming with coffee and those awesome cookies! Can't wait to stay again one of these days! I had a nice time! Will recommend to travelers! 👍🏼
Great staff. Very pleasant. They have fruits and cookies for you all day long
Very nice. Clean and there was an incident were a kid got cut at the pool... they had to clean and fix the chemical to make it safe. It took some time but I am thankful they had our safety in mind. I'd stay again
