was not as it was on website. pool was not heated, and was filthy. left after 2 hours. help at desk no help at all. call back next day, and she was no help. that was first time at a country inn and suites, and it is the last. never again
the hotel is run down, pool was disgustingly dirty, the hot tub was not working. when I booked the hotel the fact that the hot tub wasn't working should have been listed. we were very disappointed in this chain again. your property in Atlantic city ( Clarridge) we also experienced an unpleasant visit. Neither time were we compensated. wont book this chin of hotels again.
Clean and spacious room, friendly staff
Stayed overnight on 1/21/18, check in was fine and then it went downhill. My toilet became clogged and I called the front desk, the front desk clerk showed up at my door with a plunger, which he handed me, yes I had to unclog the toilet. Totally unacceptable that I pay over $100.00 a night and have to unclog a toilet. Very thin walls, noisy plumbing, creeking floors....... STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Bed was trash... Need to up grade the place all the way around...
