The room was nicely done. Turned on the T.V and only got one channel. The lock on our door was broken, and the head board on the bed was dusty like nobody ran a towel over it. The pool area was very nice

The hotel had a pipe burst on the 3rd floor and flooded the entire hotel. We were forced out at 2 a.m by the fire department and had to find a new hotel

Breakfast area was a disgusting mess we went early to avoid the weekend crowed tables were durty from the night before garbage was full of beer cans and there was a wet towel under a table which means the area was never cleaned if your not cleaning what I can see what filth is in areas I can't see will never stay here again should have spent the extra money and stayed at the Hampton

Upon reservation, I asked for a rollaway bed. I was told in my confirmation that I would be notified if one was not available for me. When I checked in, I was told it is not available, so now the night before my wedding myself or a bridesmaid will have to sleep on the floor because they also could not refund me my money so I could go to a different hotel. This could have easily been resolved a month ago when I reserved the room if I had been notified like I was told I would be.

When I go to West Bend the Country Inn and Suites is my home away from home now that my mom and dad are gone and their house has been sold I have nowhere else to stay it's always been a very good place for me to stay my friend Cindy works in the breakfast room so it's always good to see her and I like the pool and hot tub and the hot breakfast is always very good
