I checked in around 3:00pm but had to leave for a family function. Got to my room around 8:30pm and found it to be very clean and comfortable. More outlets for electronics than I have ever seen in a hotel room. My 2nd floor room was fairly quiet with minimal noise from above and the hallway. Didn't have time to use the pool or other amenities as I was meeting someone for breakfast and checked out around 9:30am. The desk people were very nice and efficient. Had a group of family staying in separate rooms. The price of our room was for some reason $65 cheaper then my daughters room. Front desk did not have a reasonable expectation for that. Rooms were identical both reserved within 1 day of one another. Other then that which pissed me off, rooms were clean but pool and hot tub kinda gross. Breakfast very ok but good variety to choose from.

Extremely dirty room and pool.. my comforter had very ling other people's long black hair EVERY WHERE.. used tissues and glives under the bed. Sand everywhere in the pools will never recommend this place to anyone
I like how u can divide the rooms but u can't divide the heat so it gets in the whole room even if the door is closed where the other person is staying. Like how theres 2 different tv's. Very clean I'm here for my managers classes and seeing checkout is 12 and I'll b at my class at 9a they are allowing me to leave my stuff at the front desk until my class is over.
We were very satsfied with our stay @ the West Bend location. The customer service we received was absolutely fantastic! I would like to thank Renee, who made our phone reservations and checked us in. She is an outstanding asset to this location!! Thanks again.
