So disappointed! Black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, completely rusted out shelving in the bathroom which "clean" towels are sitting on. Hairs in the shower and it's clear that no one has really cleaned the bathroom in a while, the back of the sink is covered in gunk. The sheets are the bed are clearly old as you can actually see through them. The blanket on top doesn't look like it's been cleaned in quite a while and there is a musty smell.
