The � couldn't watch the game. The bed were not made will the floors were not vacume.
Very nice, staff was courteous and very welcoming, rooms were very clean, and so Much to do in that area. After being downtown the whole day Saturday, it was nice to chill around the nearby stores and restaurants.. A very comfortable seating area in the lobby and those rockers were my favorite areas. We will be back.
The first night was great. So great we decided to go back for another night. We was unable to get the same room which was fine. But the room we had the second night wasn't great. The water in the shower wouldn't get hot. So I had to wait to get back home to shower.
We stayed there for a tennis tournament in March and there were some issues. After I brought it to the attention of their manager, she went far beyond what I expected to make things right. Things go wrong in any business. How your customers are treated is what makes or breaks a place in my book. They will definitely get my business next time I am in Savannah.
Terrible mattress, pillows were horrible. Every night around 12:30 in the morning, a cleaning crew would come by with blowers cleaning the parking lot of the shopping center directly behind the hotel. Very annoying. Will not be back.
Mr. Patel was very kind and professional during our whole stay. Rooms and grounds were well maintained. There was ALWAYS fresh, hot coffee available for guests day & night. I would definitely recommend staying here, as I would again anytime.
I was woken up to loud banging and the workers slamming thier ladder against the window at 8 am . I understand that the hotel is under construction but there should be a policy that they cannot start thier work until 9 am because guest are resting!!
