I must say that the representative working the front desk was extremely nice. Our dislike if the hotel has to do wth our room. Once we arrived we saw a huge COCKROACH in the bath room. We will not stay at this hotel again. Very disappointed in the room over all.
I was here for all of 20 minutes and asked for a refund because of the disgusting quality and smell. Dirty dirty dirty. The management in example audrey, is full of shit. She was "not available" the two times orbit called to speak with her and then lied and said they offered me another room which was untrue. I am now out $100. Had to find another hotel last minute because I could not stay there. I will be leaving comments daily until the hotel contacts me to issue a refund.
This establishment treated me like as if I was Family. It was my very first time in Austin and I had a Horrible situation occur at the Ramada Central just that very morning. The moment Mrs. Patel picked up the phone to answer my call she was warm and understanding. She and her staff treated me like the Princess I believe I am(smile). My stay was extended and if I ever need to book a hotel again within the Austin area I'm sure I will return to the Country Inn Suites in Round Rock! Ecc
