I am getting married in July and my fiancée and I booked a block of rooms for our guests with the price quoted at $120/night for two queen beds. My guests have complained that this price is not being honored, and they are being charged $140 night. Also, when my fiancé calls no one seems to know what is going on. A three minute phone call to see who has made reservations takes over 10 minutes. We made a reservation for a family member to stay there and four days before they were to come (April 1) we cancelled it because they had an accident and weren't coming. When I cancelled it the person said they would issue a credit to our credit card because they had already billed it. Today I received the credit card statement. I was billed 3 days before the reservation and no credit.
