RecommendedWe booked the meeting room for my nephews 5th birthday party. plenty of seats and room for everyone and the staff was very nice and helpful! we all had a blast! the pool and hot tub were great, and not to mention they have a sauna! cant wait to come back!
At first my husband had to more or less tear my leg off to get me into the hot tub lol, but after about 15 minutes, I'm glad I did! I absolutely loved it and the bubbles! I also loved the king size bed that we had. I would give it 5 stars and definitely go back to this hotel!! :-D <3
I was invited with my kids to a child's birthday party yesterday after the host paid over 250 dollars to rent a party room that she was assured included swimming in the pool, and some rude maintenance man approached me in the pool and began interrogating me about who I was and why I was there, then said he didn't care that i was invited there i had to get out of the pool with my kids and leave. it was HUMILIATING and a HEARTLESS thing to do to a bunch of little kids, especially the birthday boy.
I stayed here with a friend after touchdown for Tatas and the rooms were beautiful & clean, the pool was warm and the breakfast was good ! 5 stars!
We had a great stay for my sons 11th birthday. The staff was friendly and accomodating. I will recommend this hotel to friends and we plan on coming back. Thank you especially to Jen at the front desk!!
My go to hotel when in the area visiting family. Kids love the pool. Free breakfast... Who doesn't love a hot Belgium waffle and coffee? Clean rooms... Awesome staff. A minor complaint... Keep young kids out of the fitness area... Nobody under 16 without adult supervision.
This place is not what it appears to be. Breakfast was descusting food looked good but all microwaved and cold. No milk for cereal 2 days in a row. Pool(to many chems) so cold hot tub nice but in desperate need of cleaning The staff Outstanding!!
Although there are things that need updating here, the staff is always super accommodating, and the rooms are clean. I would like to especially thank Justin for his consummate customer service and attention to detail. His presence makes me want to return. The pool and hot tub are a nice size and they had beach balls and pool noodles for the guests to use!
