This hotel is filthy. Our room was covered with MOLD & MELDEW. The air vents had not been cleaned. Mold was found on the Chair, Sofa, Walls and Doors. A thick Spider Webb by the air conditioning unit. This is NOT your typical Carlson Hotel, Country Inn and Suites. We were very Disappointed and Dissatisfied with the Nashville, TN location. Yes, we do have pictures as proof.
We checked into our room. Went to close the curtains and they were covered in spiders. We left and went to dinner and came back to the room and there was cobwebs everywhere. They were crawling on the dressers and everything else. Sent the maintenance person to do a quick dusting. It just Makes your skin crawl. Switched our room only after asking to be moved
Great accommodations . came thru to spend time with my friend we loved the room.
Comfortable, nice, clean, quick check in, quick check out and close to the airport. Good place for short stay.
Been flying over 20 hours to get here and what do i find, one of the nicest places i've visited. Rooms are nice and clean and the staff is great, will visit again if traveling in nashville.
Drove all night, got in at 5 AM. Asked for an extra hour before check out. NBD. Stayed here before, they've allowed me the courtesy hour. Not this time. Got my four hours sleep, up with plenty of time to get out of this room which is apparently a hot commodity. In my hurry and sleep deprived state, I used triple antibiotic ointment instead of toothpaste. I blame you, Country Inn and Suites. One hour. All I wanted. Too much to ask for. Now I know. Stay at Country Inn if you want your mouth to taste like medicine.
