This was a bad experience from start to finish. We had a terrible time on the phone trying to book this room - we should have just hung up. The hotel stinks. The elevators are being held together by literal duct tape. The room smelled even worse. There were actual BLOOD stains on the carpet when we got in the room. The shower door wouldn’t close.
