I enjoyed my stay here, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the free breakfast was good. The staff were friendly..
We loved it. Breakfast was awesome . Beds were very comfortable�. Makes for a good nights sleep. Only stayed one night but would definitely recommend it to others

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Adequate breakfast. Decent coffee. Toilet seat was very lose & bathroom door knob needed fixed. If I'd had a screw driver, 2 minutes would've fixed both. Maid service good. Desk clerk very nice. Would stay here again. My only suggestion to the hotel, check your maintenance.
Under construction. Was told when making reservations thru club Carlton that they had a pool! Guess what no pool. Mirror was cracked by jacuzzi tub at least 4 inches. Bathroom was not finished still under construction. Room in general wasn't finished and should never be rented like it was. The breakfast was a joke. Coffee was old and clerk at desk was too busy socializing with construction crew and making sure they were all fed breakfast instead of taking care of guests. Be careful when booking here.
