This hotel has a side deal with a group home organization. There are unruly, rude, and frightened individuals in front of the hotel at all hours. NEVER STAY HERE.

I had called to find my reservation information, and was transferred to customer service. They informed me that they weren't able to assist with reservation information. The rep i spoke to, kept talking over me, and wasn't listening to what I was saying. I am going to try and cancel my stay, due to this experience and the other reviews for this location.

Avoid! With SO many other options, choose somewhere else! The reception gal was less than receptive, NO customer svc, tossed my ID back up at me. Later upon returning, she was literally 'lounging' on the foyer couch with a male 'friend' and another employee guest. The hallways REEK of weed and if not weed, stinky musty smells. Hallway carpet dryers in many locations - again, the norm. When we initially entered our room, there was a live large hornet or wasp on the interior window. Definitely not a great experience the only thing I can say was check-in and checking out was easy. The room was kinda clean, they must have had some recent issues with water damage or something, it was muggy and musty on the 3rd floor. The walls were literally ripped up no warning they were under construction, plastic, paint chips, mud and dirt everywhere, guest loud all hours of the night a random man sleeping in the hallway it was a mess for the money I paid.
