The staff was amazing our room was super clean everything was neat . The beds where so comfy better than our bed at home lol . Our hot tub was awesome it was out in the open we could watch tv or listen to music & relax , we will definitely be back!
Nice, clean, comfy bed, indoor pool. Provide hot breakfast but eggs didn't taste like eggs (dried out) bacon was pretty crispy, burrito was tasty. Would have liked sausage gravy and biscuits. They also have waffles and bagels and breads to toast and cereals and pastries. And they have coffee table 24hrs and fresh baked cookies. Clerk at desk was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
Piss poor customer service, room floor is sticky, my power cord to my Laptop is gone, tv loses signal all the time, don't know what channels I have, woman serving breakfast smells like an ashtray, called the front desk for an hour last night with no one answering and all I wanted was a wake up.
Great place to stay and nice stay at check in and great breakfast in the morning.
My family and I stayed for 3 days and we enjoyed each one. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean and cozy.
I will be staying here again... clean, spacious rooms, comfy bed and pillows, complimentary hot breakfast, pool and exercise room. Top it off that the price is right and it's my go to stop when I'm in town.
We'll definitely be back excellent customer service and clean grounds and rooms
Nice place to stay. Right next to the Valley Mall. Great breakfast. Beds were a little small and they need to get the pool times straight. Sign outside the pool said open 6am until 12 am, sign inside pool area said open 9am until 10pm and the woman at the front desk said she thought it was 8am until 12? Room was spacious and the bathroom was very nice.
