This was a pretty average hotel. Aside from a few ants roaming around the bathroom, my only other complaint was the pool. I don't know if they went overboard with chemicals but all of us had bloodshot eyes for an entire day after and my kids were coughing quite a bit while in the pool area and till the next morning. The continental breakfast was above average. I changed my review after checkout. I showed the girl at the desk a video of several ants all over the bed, and in the bathroom. She said sorry. This is a Great hotel. From the moment we got there the staff and GM were great. We were here for our son's hockey tournament in Forest Lake. Breakfast was great. Peter the GM was even better. He suggested we go to the Egan outlet mall. He even printed out directions. Tainna(sp) was great with helping get everything we need for our potluck on sat night. They were all great. We will be back in the fall.
The nicest hotel that I have stayed at! Impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and very comfy!! Staff ALL so friendly and very welcoming. I would like to compliment Laural on this facility!
