There was a used condom found in the bed my 7 month old and I had shared for 3 nights and the hotel denies it was there
When we arrived there was a mix up with the rooms. The general manager is sexist pig, treated women with no respect at all. Once a man talked to him his manner changed. He charged a credit card more then 2 times which by law he's not allowed to do. Locked us out of the room. I will not stay there ever again & will not recommend people to stay at that hotel. I have worked in customer service for 15 years & he needs a lot more training.
Do NOT stay here! The GM had a chance to make things right and said he would but he didn't keep his word. Was hoping the other negative reviews of the GM were incorrect but it's obvious that he doesn't care about customer service we you don't keep your word. At check in the front desk person made us feel unwelcome but the biggest issue was there unwillingness to help. But we found out the GM doesn't let them. My review would of been much different if the GM had followed through on taken care of the situation as he said.
Devan was awesome super friendly from the beginning. Helped my indecisive self reserve the right day for the third time. Nice place for a little ones third birthday party for sure 😊
The room was good. It was the pool it had way to much chlorine in it the kids were coughing and eye were burning when you open the door. Other then that it was no problem
Great hotel , reasonably priced. Pretty good selection for breakfast.
