Thank you for donating a gift certificate to the Friends In Need food shelf silent auction and we won the highest bid. We had a very nice staycation. Your staff is very friendly, especially the woman who was taking care of the breakfast. She really brightened our morning. We enjoyed the hot tub and watched 2 DVDs. unfortunately, this was the worst part of our wedding day. Their reservation system is a complete nightmare. I had multiple guests try to get added to my block and they would get the wrap around or even added to a different weddings block. We needed 15 for a shuttle and 10 for our free night. I called up until the day of to get an update on my rooms and thy said I met the 15 room mark but when I went to book my shuttle they said I didn't meet it. First time in Mn. Working on an outage at Prairie Island, I spent 5 weeks here and it felt like a good home. House keeping kept fresh everything, food court was always filling. Front desk ready to help with your needs 24/7. I recommend a stay here. Thank you!
