Everything someone above us ran water, we could CLEARLY hear it running through the wall in our room. It was impossible to get some decent sleep. When we gave up and decided to check out, there were two guests standing at the desk, looking for the host. After ringing a bell, he came out and looked as if he was under the influence of something. Overall, a poor experience and I cannot recommend this hotel.
Every time we visit Charlotte, this is our hotel of choice. Very good staff, clean room.
Nice comfortable place. Worth the price. Enjoyed our stay.
