It is very clean, has indoor pool and spa, offers breakfast and cocktail hours. Huge bathrooms and showers, computer and lounge area. Very nice
I mean country in and suite was alright because they had a pool and spa ( hot tub ) and they had free breakfast and pizza
Stayed here for a seminar in Charlotte. The room was nice and clean. Thought it was going to be an amazing restful stay! The king sized bed was rock hard so I'm very sore from my two night stay. To make it worse, there was noise at all hours of the night. I was placed in between the "mechanical room" and stairwell. I tried to create as much white noise as possible with the air unit and TV but it wasn't of any help. The breakfast was just okay. I loved the room. I did not love the cockroach we found in the bathroom though. Management was informed.
My family and I did not have a pleasant stay. The staff and management were very unprofessional and I will be handing this matter with corporate instead of speaking directly with the hotel. I honestly have never had this bad of an experience at any hotel I have ever stayed at. Please beware before booking!
Had my daughter slumber party here she had a GREAT TIME!
Softball tournament got cancelled because of the Hurricane...they won't refund my money or change the date for November. It's a State of Emergency! Hope yall enjoy my $197 for one night...I was going to be coming to stay with yall in November, but you definitely won't be getting my business again! Thanks!
