There was hair on my sheets when I checked in! I called the front desk and Yazmyn told me that she would send maintenance. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and was told there wasn’t one on site, that there wasn’t any way to contact them and she didn’t know when they would be back because the managers schedule varies. OMG, this is the hotel from HELL. Lets first start off with the whirlpool bathtub in the room. The water pressure was so slow it would have taken all night to fill up so we didn't get to use. The toilet seat was loose, almost fell off and busted my butt, the pillows were like pancakes, the hot tub downstairs by the pool was so over chlorinated it made my nose and throat sore and the icing on the cake is that the hotel charged me on my visa card three times for the same room..This place is a joke, I am so upset, I will be con... read more
