Upon checking out, Dee Patel was extremely rude loud and verbal towards me for apparently no reason. I definitely don't recommend this hotel to black Americans.
I stayed on the 4th floor and all night long there was Simone screaming and arguing it’s supposed to be no smoking but the whole hall way smelt like cigarettes we go woken up by the fire alarms going off and the whole place smelt like weed house keeping came up and sprayed and they did nothing about it
Staff and owners went above and beyond during our stay. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Secure access and convenience to dining and shopping. In room wifi was strong and did not drop connection. A short drive to downtown and fast interstate access but without the noise. Highly recommend. Would absolutely stay here again
