The staff were wonderful. Another hotel chain lost my credit card and The Country Inn staff let me check in still . Thank you so much !!
The rooms were very musty. A/c had some sort of mothion or light detector on it and would shut down after going to bed. Breakfast was horrible, I know it was free or included but it sucked. They have tried to keep it up but its age comes shining thru
What a nice surprise to discover this hotel! I booked a few nights because of the location to an event that I was attending, but had no idea of the proximity of places & landmarks that had extremely personal meaning to me! I highly recommend Country Inn & Suites in Chanhassen...great rooms & amenities, friendly/helpful staff, reasonable prices, complimentary breakfast, wonderful atmosphere!
The staff were fantastic and would go out of their way to help, especially Susan who was so lovely and helpful. Had a wonderful view of Prince's mural which was fantastic! Breakfast was amazing and you were spoilt for choice every morning! My Prince pilgrimage was made even more special by staying there. If I ever return which I would love to, I would stay there and only there next time!!! ��xxx
Just stayed at this hotel for wedding. They were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast. Lots of variety and for hotel it tasted pretty good. Everything was clean and even my son said it looked "Homie" I agreed with him.
