DISGUSTING GROSS EW NEVER AGAIN. FOUND A NEEDLE CAP UNDER THE AIR CONDITIONER. Spoke to someone who had been staying there for the weekend, they said when they got there they were placed in that room and asked to be moved because of the needle cap THE DAY BEFORE I CHECKED IN. So the room had been clean two times and the cap is still there? Customer service is horrible .. such a joke
The hotel was dirty, they never cleaned our room even after complaining multiple times. They only came to change the sheets and towels after the 2nd day. We only came home in the evening bc we were out with the family. On the 3rd day we found the nasty vomit behind the pullout couch that my son was sleeping on. Even after showing them the picture of it, no one came to our room. I brought my father in law with me hoping to get better treatment but it only escalated the situation. Clean, spacious, new rooms- nice people.Room decor especially nice-modern, sleek.
I loved my stay the staff was great. the pool and the hot tub where well kept. I will definitely be coming back next year. clean rooms. halls had a pleasant smell. and enjoyed watching the staff with other guests pets. great clean place to stay and priced nicely. thanks guys for a great night's stay. oh and nice breakfast in the morning.
great location, room was spacious and clean. Close to several restaurants. Breakfast had a good assortment.
This was the dirtiest and nosiest hotel we’ve ever stayed at ! The concierge/ server had her work phone and personal cell phone in her bra while serving food! No gloves or anything. The towels had holes in them! We had a handicapped room and the shower didn’t drain, we received no toilet paper. There was a dog convention and the dogs were barking and whining all night non stop. Extremely unprofessional staff. A no go for us ever again . Advice... stay at spring suites next door ,you’ll be glad you did!
