What a joke of a hotel. Not allowing a child to stay and then gets all flustered because you went back on your word
The staff isn't friendly or helpful. They arr extremely rude. Not a place I would bring my family.
Sadly, even though I had an unexpected situation come up that resulted in me wanting to cancel my reservation - they stuck to their “24 hour” cancellation notice, even though I was told they do have the right to waive that policy. But I couldn’t even get the manager to call me back. Bad customer service. They could have had a customer for life, instead they now will have a one-time fee and I will go out of my way to not stay with them ever again.
