we love coming here. been staying there 5-9 times a year for the past 6 years. only complaint is customer service has gotten poor, when they first opened customer service was amazing but this last year has gotten worse (not as bad as I have seen at other country inn and suites I have stayed at) will keep coming though it's close to everything someone needs when on vacation.
Booked a suite for out of town guests and ended up spending a night there in another room myself too. The room was clean and very spacious, beds were all comfortable, location was right near plenty of good restaurants, and the hotel staff were all very helpful in giving us guidance on places to eat and things to do in the area. Breakfast offered lots of choices and everything was fresh tasting and clean. Booked my parents here over the holidays... they loved this hotel! I don’t normally write reviews but they we’re so impressed by the hospitality here. They loved their huge suite and being able to walk across the street to eat and shop. Def recommend this hotel and I’m looking forward to booking them here again!
Love this hotel! It’s across the street from a huge shopping center with so many restaurants and stores. I loved how I could walk everywhere. Best free breakfast I’ve had at a hotel and really enjoyed the pool and hot tub!
I brought my grandkids for a stacation. The staff was really friendly, beds comfy, pool and hot tub were great.

very modern hotel and clean. I stay there on a weekly basis. staff is friendly. there's a variety of breakfast choices. and when you check in there are fresh cookies made daily.
