Very nice and clean hotel I will visit again

Standard generic suburban hotel. Had a pool.
We were disappointed with our recent stay. Our bed sheets were stained, we were laughed at when we requested additional pillows, then had to wait 6 hours until 10pm to receive them. There were broken windows in the lobby. There was construction going on during breakfast which made it difficult to even carry on a conversation. There were a few shuttles to the mall of america, but they weren't the most timely and you had to make reservations to use them. Multiple tv channels didn't come in, saying there was no signal. I have stayed at this location several times. The location is excellent, far enough from the airport so as not to be clogged, but close enough to be convenient. Every time but this last stay, the rooms have been excellent, clean, and well stocked, with great food and excellent facilities. This last time, the place was undergoing renovations and it showed. No extra pillows or towels in the room, key cards that stopped working, service that was less than attentive, and parking was pretty terrible. But I am loathe to speak ill ... read more
