Room floor carpet dirty. Room floor sinking in
Nobody at the front desk when we arrived. Waited for 10 minutes. We were given a room smaller than what we paid for. The hallway was filled with marijuana smoke even though it was a non smoking hotel. The WiFi password didn’t work.
The actitud of the person on front desk was terribly unfriendly, not good attitude at all, We stayed for two days and nothing have been done at my room, I had a really bad experience on this hotel, NEVER when I come back to Alabama I will not stay here.
This is a filthy hotel!!!
I stay at country inns on a regular basis for work. This hotel is way out dated and the staff is not very friendly. Had to wear Sandals n my room because the tile were loose going to the bathroom. Amenities are lacking really bad. All the drink machines were out of drinks all the desk clerk could say was you have to talk to the manager nothing I can do. Keep driving is all I can say.
Pimps and prostitution out side, people begging for money, not for family
