Billing error, I paid cash and they still charged my card....double billing, got some sort of excuse and not much of an apology.....still waiting for a resolution to the problem.
Country Inn still the best hotel, I've stayed in, service great and rooms are amazingly clean...i will give 10 out 10 my kids love the freshly baked cookies.. ( keep up the good work )

The ladies at this hotel are so nice! If you go to albertville this hotel is must for staying over night!!!
We spent the night here and it was a very nice room. It was also very clean. It was nice that it had a guest laundry that we could use. The pool and hot tub were also very nice.
